Our excellent client is seeking a Business Consultant for a 3-month or longer W-2 hybrid contract in Springfield, MA.

Department: MM -- Procurement

Job Category: Business Analysis

Duties:

Under general supervision, elicit, analyze, validate, and document detailed business, organizational, operational, and/or system requirements.

Responsible for understanding the needs of business partners and stakeholders to ensure that solutions to business and/or system problems and opportunities are aligned with the needs of the organization.

Devise or modify procedures to solve moderately complex problems, which include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper business and/or system requirements.

Communicates, verifies, and gains approval of the requirements from stakeholders. Provides input to various other project documents, such as project plans, estimates, readiness, or defect management.

Skills:

Document business workflows

Facilitate detailed working sessions to map out connective processes

Experience prepping for new system implementations

Translating requirements into SOPs and training guides

An ideal experience includes procurement or third-party risk management
