Job Summary

The IT Service Delivery Specialist provides Tier 1 and 2 technical support to local and remote users across North America. This hands-on role is part of a global IT Service Delivery team, responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR). The role supports corporate, manufacturing, R&D, and field teams, contributing to continuous improvement of IT services and secure endpoint management in a highly regulated healthcare technology environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver timely technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices (iOS, Android), software, and network systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate complex problems as needed
Maintain detailed records in the IT helpdesk system (ServiceNow)
Support end-user onboarding/offboarding processes including hardware and access provisioning
Ensure IT compliance with HIPAA, SOX404, GDPR, and other regulatory standards
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and Systems teams to improve tools, technologies, and user experience
Identify and communicate recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement
Contribute to knowledge base articles and promote user self-service
Maintain vendor and end-user relationships to ensure service quality
Assist in execution of IT projects and tactical initiatives

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on Service Desk or technical support experience
Proficient in Windows and Mac OS installation and troubleshooting
Experience with mobile device management (iOS, Android, AirWatch)
Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, AirWatch)
Working knowledge of wired/wireless network troubleshooting
ITIL v3 or ITIL Certification
ServiceNow Certification
Other technical certifications (CompTIA A+, MCSA, Azure, VMware, Apple)
Understanding of secure endpoint management and identity/access controls
