Role: Salesforce DevOps Lead.

Location: Austin Tx.

As a Salesforce DevOps Lead specializing in Deployment Tools, must have the below responsibilities.

Design the pipeline.
Implement and optimization of Salesforce DevOps frameworks.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient release processes using the DevOps platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Salesforce DevOps frameworks using DevOps tools.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Automate release processes and enforce DevOps best practices.
Manage change control, sandbox refreshes, and production backups.
Package and deploy custom configurations and code across environments.
Implement the Salesforce Package Development Model.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with DevOps procedures.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Document DevOps procedures and educate teams on best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to articulate technical decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
