Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Event Stage Manager to oversee the main stage operations of our prestigious international conference, forum and award ceremony. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of keynote sessions, speaker transitions, and technical coordination, maintaining the highest production standards.
Key Responsibility
Manage all aspects of the main stage, including speaker coordination, cue calling, and AV synchronisation.
Work closely with the Show Caller, Technical Director, and Production Team to execute flawless keynote sessions.
Conduct speaker briefings and rehearsals to ensure smooth on-stage deliveries.
Oversee stage setup, including lighting, sound, teleprompters, and presentation slides.
Troubleshoot live issues (technical delays, speaker no-shows, timing adjustments).
Ensure strict adherence to the event schedule and script.
Supervise stagehands, runners, and backstage crew.
Requirements
Extraordinary team spirit
5+ years in stage management for large conferences, corporate events, or live productions.
Strong technical knowledge of AV, lighting, and live event logistics. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
Fluent in English (French or additional languages a plus).
