About The Role

As our Head of Marketing, you will:

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple product categories.
Oversee category P&L, driving strategic budget allocation and maximizing efficiency of spend.
Lead brand communications initiatives to ensure clear brand differentiation and market positioning.
Design and deliver holistic marketing plans to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
Analyze market data and insights to create targeted campaigns and optimize sales performance.
Drive marketing programs for direct channels, including e-commerce platforms and physical retail spaces.
Partner with media agencies to translate category vision into impactful media strategies and execution.
Manage end-to-end product launch processes, ensuring alignment with market requirements and flawless delivery.
Foster collaboration across global, regional, and local teams to maintain consistency and alignment in all marketing activities.
Build, inspire, and empower a high-performing marketing team, championing innovation and future-ready capabilities.
Collaborate with category managers to create comprehensive communications plans spanning TV, press, digital, social, packaging, and in-store channels, with direct accountability for media strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Oversee social media and influencer strategies, ensuring Dyson's presence is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with brand objectives across all platforms.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

At least eight years of marketing experience, including brand management and communications.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in a consumer goods environment.
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media channels.
Excellent commercial awareness and decision-making skills based on sales targets.
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets with clear KPIs.
Strong analytical skills, capable of using market insights to identify opportunities and drive strategies.
Experience leading and motivating a senior marketing team, fostering high performance and innovation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a matrixed organisation.
Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
