Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Telecom Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. This is a critical role that will shape the future of our mobile telecom offerings for enterprise clients, from defining high-level architectural strategies to guiding the implementation of complex solutions. Expectation will be in translating business requirements into scalable, robust, and future-proof architectures that drive significant value for our customers.
Experience :
* 13 + years of experience in solution architecture, with a significant focus on data solutions.
* 9+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS.
* Demonstrable experience working within the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of telecom data and business processes.
* Proven experience with large-scale data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Architectural Leadership: Define and evolve the enterprise-wide mobile architecture vision, AI strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technology trends (e.g., 5G, IoT, Private Networks, MEC, AI/ML in telecom).
* Hands-On Solution Design: Lead the design of end-to-end mobile telecom solutions for large Telco, encompassing RAN, transport, Core 5G & 4G , cloud, TSA security compliance and integration layers. On need basis should be able to build Enterprise Architecture along with a robust business case.
* Technology Focus: Should have worked on technologies related to Performance Management, Fault management, Inventory management, Observability, Carrier grade RAN telemetry. Provide recommendations for technology adoption based on thorough analysis on AWS (preferred) & GCP
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customer business leaders, product managers, engineering teams, sales, and clients to understand requirements, communicate architectural decisions, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
* Technical Coverage: Must have experience of designing & implementing Telecom Mobile based transformation on AWS , Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for mobile telecom capabilities, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and resilient.
* Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and engineering teams, fostering a culture of architectural excellence.
* Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Support pre-sales activities by presenting architectural solutions to prospective clients, understanding their technical needs, and contributing to proposals and statements of work.
