Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Interview Process: 2 Video Interviews

Duration: 6 months (Contract extension)

Work Status: Green Card or US Citizen

Client Location: Century City, CA

The position will be hybrid 3 days a week on-site.

Job Description

Requirements:

10+ years of technology development experience with 5+ years of direct ServiceNow development experience.
Platform Experience-Administration:
Manages support for incidents, changes, problems, requests, requested items, and other ITSM-related tasks
Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
Provides reporting assistance to process leads, operators, and other stakeholders
Implements minor platform changes as determined by captured business requirements (stories, bugs), including but not limited to form layouts, UI/client scripts, field labels, email notifications, and workflows/flows.
Platform Experience-Architecture:
Provides architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions
Resolves technical escalations, including responding to defects
Advisement and assessment of current and future integrations
Platform Knowledge - Expertise and full understanding of core platform components:
Strong experience with Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Catalog, Asset, CMDB modules
Business Rules
UI Policies/Client Scripts
Legacy Workflow, Flow Designer
Scripting
Scheduled Jobs
Application/Plugin Management
Outbound REST
Agent Workspace, Service Operations Workspace
