Description:

Job Summary

An Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Account Management team by assisting with client tasks that ensure operational health. The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the AMs, such as routine communication, tracking account activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing day-to-day tasks like marketing set ups and recaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Assist in the execution and tracking of projects, and ensure they are completed on time.

Operations Management: Actively monitor brand metrics on a daily basis to ensure that the merchant has optimal operational health.

Campaign Execution: Help implement marketing campaigns, including uploading campaigns, pulling reports and sharing updates with the Account Managers.

Reporting & Analytics: Pull operational and marketing metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to help the Account Manager identify client opportunities.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support: Prepare reports and take meeting notes to ensure internal parties are aligned on next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
