Experience managing the delivery of systems based on Salesforce.com
Experience in the delivery of GxP projects and systems.
Experience in the life-science industry.
PMP certification

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

General responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Assume Project Management responsibility through the full delivery life cycle (Pre-project -> Sustain) of multiple critical IT project launches on our Salesforce.com based on client's solution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and cross-team dependencies.
Provide oversight and co-ordination of project activities across multiple teams (including vendor and delivery partners), ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives
Monitor progress on projects , identify potential risk and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide input into areas of concern and direction or redirection to enhance achievement of schedules, productivity of goals, budgets, quality, and overall success of the project.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Manage all aspects of project communication and ensure regular communication with all stakeholder groups in a consistent and timely manner.
Communicate regularly with key cross-functional stakeholders, including project sponsors, senior management and vendors across dispersed geographies and time-zones.
Run project performance management and governance ceremonies including steering, status reviews and stand-ups.
Independently develop and maintain requisite project management documentation to a high standard - in line with specified client's standards.
Manage project costs providing detailed, accurate forecasts and accruals to IT PMO and Leadership as required.
Collaborate with Corporate Finance to ensure IT compliance with deadlines across the PM community.
Qualified candidates should be self-motivated, organized, passionate, proactive in identifying and addressing potential challenges, and collaborative in driving solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

Senior IT Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
Bachelor's Degree and 8 Years Experience OR Master's Degree and 6 Years Experience.
Proven experience working with dispersed and global teams across multiple locations and vendors.
Advanced proficiency in Project life cycles and approaches (i.e. waterfall, agile, iterative development).
Prior enterprise level experience in high performing teams.
Proficient in problem solving and analytical abilities, ability to develop metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills working at different levels, including senior-level management up to executive level and key stakeholders.
A strong sense of ownership and pride in high performance.
