Job Specifications
Our CPG client is seeking a CRM / Email Marketing Specialist! This role is ~10 hours/week (5 hours/day onsite in Culver City).
You will be working closely with the head of CRM to create and design email campaigns.
What You'll Do
Support the Head of CRM in executing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, loyalty, and membership programs.
Build and design email campaigns using Klaviyo, including layout testing and A/B experiments.
Collaborate with the design team and content manager to translate Figma designs into campaign-ready emails.
Maintain and evolve CRM flows, templates, and automations with a focus on performance and scalability.
Assist in transitioning CRM efforts from manual execution to strategic automation and reporting.
Work within Microsoft tools for documentation, communication, and collaboration.
What You'll Need
2+ years' of CRM experience, ideally with hands-on exposure to Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of email campaign creation, layout design, and lifecycle marketing.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with HTML for email formatting (deep coding knowledge not required).
Ability to work with Figma or similar design tools (basic design literacy: exporting assets, hex codes, etc.).
