We are looking for an Experiential Account Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale experiential and digital programs for national and international brands. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can manage complex client relationships, inspire teams, and bring creative campaigns to life from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary client contact, building trust and guiding accounts with strategic recommendations that drive results.
Lead the creation and presentation of campaign proposals, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.
Manage on-site brand activations, including the oversight of Brand Ambassador teams, to ensure exceptional representation and smooth execution.
Direct the day-to-day activities of the account team, allocating resources effectively to meet project milestones.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts and expand agency reach.
Collaborate closely with creative, digital, operations, and administrative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Negotiate and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to secure high-quality deliverables and operational efficiency.
Maintain rigorous budget oversight, monitoring profitability and managing costs to meet financial targets.
Write creative briefs that inspire impactful work and oversee production from planning through to delivery.
Compile final reports and post-activation evaluations to measure outcomes and inform future strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

Creative, strategic mindset with a proven ability to execute campaigns successfully.
Strong customer service approach, focused on solutions and driving client growth.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline (asset).
3-5 years of experience in marketing or account management, ideally within an agency setting.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a confident, persuasive style.
Entrepreneurial approach with leadership skills and resilience under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
