We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for sales and account management activities in France and BeNeLux, including hospital contracting, product promotion, administration training, tender management and overall account management - calling on all relevant hospital departments including nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, oncology and administration.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute a business plan for the region that supports and reflects Telix's goals
Achieve sales targets and performance levels
Build a deep understanding of customers and key stakeholders in the relevant markets and leverage local and national market knowledge to achieve substantial product launch results
Develop relationships, establish and maintain an active presence in the Nuclear Medicine and Radiopharmaceutical community and other associated organizations (e.g.: BELNUC, NVNG...)
Assist in building innovative customer-centric strategies that drive sales volume, market share and profitability while building Telix's reputation in the nuclear medicine community
Participate in and provide sales forecasts, risk and opportunity assessments for brands and ensure regional inputs are aligned with established guidelines from management and finance teams
Adhere to Corporate Compliance programs and successfully participate in training and continuing education programs

Education And Experience

Undergraduate degree with a focus in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
Diploma of medical visit required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
Strong understanding of the radiopharmaceutical market and its regulatory environment preferred
Strong understanding of hospital systems required. Knowledge of nuclear medicine and oncology care pathways preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently
Fluency in French and English required. Command of an additional language preferred
Ability to travel at >50% on the covered geography
