The Gist

Are you a tech-savvy, people-first pro who loves guiding customers from "just signed up" to "can't live without it"? Do you thrive in a collaborative team and get excited about making a real impact?

We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our flock!

In this hybrid role, you'll lead new client onboarding, deliver standout product training, and support long-term customer success. You'll be a strategic partner to our clients and a key player on our team - working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to create seamless, high-value experiences from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead onboarding sessions + configure Birdview PSA to fit customer needs
Train users, solve business puzzles, and ensure smooth go-lives
Build long-term client relationships, drive adoption, and support renewals
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs

You'll Thrive Here If You:

Have 2+ years in onboarding, implementation at B2B SaaS company
Communicate like a pro - especially in client-facing conversations
Love working cross-functionally and juggling multiple projects with ease
Are naturally curious, proactive, and energized by helping others succeed

Must-haves:

You must have experience working with large enterprise accounts.
You must have experience working in a B2B SaaS CS motion. This means partnering with customers to deliver strong value and business outcomes
You must be commercially forward (own upsells and renewals)
Huge bonus if you've worked in the project management space.

Department: Customer Success

Job Type: Full-Time, 12-month contract

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time

Salary: CAD 60-70K plus performance bonuses
