Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing timely and accurate order management, and supporting sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers.
Communicate professionally via phone and email to address customer needs.
Prepare, produce, and follow up on customer quotations.
Accurately process and manage purchase orders.
Source competitive supplier quotations.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch and company goals.

Qualifications

University or College degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer service role.
Experience in Power Transmission and Bearing sales.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Outlook.
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
Ability to develop and maintain lasting customer relationships.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
Forklift license (an asset).
