Senior analyst for Passenger Information and especially for Publication Channels. Publication Channels manage different solutions as Train Information System, the Online tools (Visualization and Correction Tool, HIM, etc.), the station channel (mainly EMMA).

About the Role

The contractor needs to be able to come on premise Monday & Thursday plus additional days when requested.

Responsibilities

Understanding business processes, requirements, use cases, defects, functional diagrams, architectural design principles
Participate and support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
Facilitate and document meetings, workshops, and project status updates.
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to validate functional specifications and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Assist in test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and change logs throughout the project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems/computer science
Tri-language ENG/FR/NL - (C1 - English/B2 for French/B2 for Dutch)
6+ years as "IT analyst or equivalent"
Certified Prince 2 foundation - with proven project follow up.

Required Skills

Proven experience in SAFe or other Agile methodology
Experience in project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
Proven working experience with foreign suppliers
Proven working experience with Indian culture
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst
Proficiency in working within Linux environments, including command-line operations and system navigation
SQL databases: writing SQL queries/SQL Server Management Studio
Script automation
Prior knowledge/experience on handling vendor based app
JIRA, Azure Devops, Confluence, Service now and other related tool knowledge
Proven experience in project follow up (Participate in and support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support)
Understanding business processes, requirements, use cases, defects, functional diagrams, architectural design principles

Able to report /produce reporting (status meeting)
