We seek an experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our exciting start-up in Riyadh. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Create and Implement: Architect and deliver large language model solutions tailored to practical challenges, with a strong focus on automating intricate workflows across diverse industries.
Enhance and Expand: Develop robust, scalable pipelines and fine-tune models for efficiency, reliability, and accuracy. Oversee their deployment and lifecycle to ensure they consistently generate measurable value for organizations worldwide.
Drive Impact: Contribute to initiatives such as advancing next-generation energy systems, streamlining critical government operations, and elevating healthcare outcomes. Your contributions will shape how AI delivers meaningful benefits to communities, enterprises, and society as a whole.
Grow and Guide: Stay current with emerging trends in AI and machine learning. Contribute to peer reviews, foster knowledge sharing, and model best practices through high-quality engineering standards.

The Must-Haves

Skilled in developing Generative AI applications leveraging cutting-edge tools and approaches such as agents, reasoning systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Possess a solid conceptual understanding of large language model architectures and their operational dynamics.
Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models using leading frameworks, including PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset for tackling complex challenges.
