After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

Your Mission
We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Architect to serve as the trusted advisor for our enterprise clients. In this role, you'll design, implement, and scale AI-powered HR solutions that integrate seamlessly into complex client environments.
You'll work at the intersection of pre-sales, solution design, and customer success--helping organizations move from vision to execution. From the first discovery call to full-scale deployment, your mission is to turn business challenges into robust, future-proof architectures powered by HrFlow.ai.
Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, run discovery workshops, and deliver impactful demos.
Support clients in deploying our APIs and models into their infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Lead PoCs and pilot projects, ensuring scalability, compliance, and technical success.
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to adapt solutions, fine-tune models, and ensure feasibility of large-scale integrations.
Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and provide post-deployment technical guidance.
Conduct periodic reviews with clients, gathering feedback and influencing our roadmap.
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders from C-level to technical teams.
Share insights on AI and HR tech trends, helping shape client strategy.
About You - Must Have
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise integration, or technical consulting.
Strong knowledge of HR Tech ecosystems (ATS, HRIS, job boards, staffing platforms).
Proven track record of leading enterprise solution design and large-scale system integrations.
Solid understanding of APIs, SaaS, and data architecture.
Experience with programming/scripting for prototyping or integration (Python, Postman, etc.).
Excellent communication skills in English & French, able to simplify complexity for executive and technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Familiar with security, compliance, and performance considerations in enterprise SaaS.
