After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

Your Mission
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Senior Content Manager to take full ownership of HrFlow.ai's content strategy and production. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our content, leading the editorial direction, and making sure every piece supports our brand voice and business objectives.
You will work closely with the marketing team and external content writers, coordinating the full production process, from ideation and briefing to editing, publishing, and measuring impact. Your mission is to establish a scalable content engine that educates, inspires, and positions HrFlow.ai as the thought leader in the HrTech space.
Responsibilities
Own and execute HrFlow.ai's content strategy across multiple channels (website, blog, social media, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, whitepapers).
Craft high-quality content assets that simplify complex AI/HRTech concepts for multiple audiences.
Build and manage the editorial calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Partnerships) to develop sales collateral, case studies, and customer success stories.
Partner with external contributors (freelancers, agencies, designers) to scale content production.
Optimize content for SEO, distribution, and engagement across digital channels.
Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine and improve content impact.
Establish HrFlow.ai as a category thought leader through authoritative and engaging storytelling.
About You - Must Have
5+ years of B2B content marketing experience in the HR sector, with a proven track record of producing high-impact content.
Strong editorial and storytelling skills: you can turn technical and abstract concepts into compelling narratives.
Excellent writing and communication skills in French & English.
Experience in managing content calendars, SEO, and multi-channel distribution.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business objectives into content.
Analytical mindset: you measure impact and adapt content strategies based on data.
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
About You - Bonus
Previous experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy or internal strategy team.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their real-world applications.
Experience in change management and digital transformation programs.
