Job Specifications

We are seeking a hands-on DevOps leader to modernize workflows, optimize infrastructure, and lead a high-performing team in a hybrid cloud (Azure) environment. This VP-level role blends strategy and execution--driving automation, scalability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor DevOps Engineers, Release Engineers, and DBAs
Modernize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure as code
Oversee Azure cloud migrations and hybrid environment optimization
Collaborate across engineering, development, QA, and networking teams
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in DevOps practices

What We're Looking For:

10+ years in technology, 4+ years in team leadership
Proven success leading DevOps initiatives in Azure (AWS/GCP a plus)
Expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD tools (Octopus, Jenkins, Ansible, TeamCity)
Strong PowerShell scripting and SQL skills
Knowledge of networking, VPNs, authentication/security protocols, and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI)
