Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant Role Summary: Provide high‑level administrative support to a Senior Managing Director in a private equity setting, managing a complex travel schedule, calendar, vendor relations, financial transactions, and special household projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. Expectations: • Extremely organized, polished, and well‑spoken. • Operates with discretion, solid judgment, and a strong work ethic. • Positive, proactive, and team‑oriented. • Capable of establishing rapport with business and personal contacts. Key Responsibilities: • Manage heavy travel arrangements and coordinate all travel logistics. • Oversee a demanding calendar, scheduling, and appointment coordination. • Handle vendor accounts and bill payments via QuickBooks. • Execute and coordinate incoming and outgoing wire transfers. • Act as a call handler for the Executive, dialing in and managing executive phone duties. • Participate in special household projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with other support staff and provide backup coverage when needed.
