Job Specifications

Title: Senior Front-End Engineer

Location: New York City (four days in office)

Job Description:

Tech Stack: Required skills include React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Experience with AWS and full stack (Node.js API integration) is a strong plus. (No Java, Kotlin, or Scala used.)

Design & UX: Figma is the primary design tool for handoffs and collaboration.

Familiarity with Figma is preferred but not a hard requirement.

Legacy & Migration: The team is migrating from a legacy stack that also used TypeScript but had unnecessary GraphQL complexity. The current phase is "phase two" of migration, focusing on simplification and modernization.

Team Environment: Agile, collaborative, distributed across several US cities. Emphasis on teamwork, open discussion of engineering solutions, and a mix of product-driven and tech-driven initiatives. AI integration and research are active areas.
