Steadman Brown are working with a leading global business who support ambitious businesses around the world to assist them in achieving their goals. With Salesforce powering the business across multiple international locations, it is important that they continue investing in an experienced team to keep Salesforce at the peak of its powers.

The position of Senior Salesforce Administrator will be very hands-on with the daily configuration of Salesforce whilst working closely with the business to gather key requirements to ensure you keep Salesforce in a position to deliver globally. They are currently using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud primarily with over 100+ users across various internal teams. As the Senior Administrator within the team, you will also provide guidance and leadership to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on Salesforce configuration.
Developing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud & Service Cloud products.
Building flows to automate business processes.
Gather requirements from key stakeholders.
Translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.
Lead Salesforce projects.
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members.

Experience and Qualifications:

Must have extensive hands-on experience with configuring Salesforce.
Excellent knowledge and experience building flows in-depth understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Clouds.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Ideally, have experience working in a large global business.
Previous experience leading a team and leading projects.
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
