Location: Cleveland, Ohio or Overland Park, KS
What's the Job?
Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code for assigned projects and tasks.
Collaborate with team members to resolve system and user experience issues across multiple environments and platforms.
Follow industry best practices and security standards during software development.
Assist in testing, evaluating, and integrating new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Utilize technical documentation and project artifacts to support development activities.
What's Needed?
Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks independently.
Basic knowledge of relational databases, SQL programming, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with programming languages such as .Net, VB, SQL, and C#.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
