Requirements

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in .NET
Experience with Azure;
Experience with React and Nextjs;
Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
Ideally previous experience on fintech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in agile environments.
Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.

As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, You Will

Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.

Must-haves

Building secure, scalable web apps; strong grasp of API integration and data modelling.
Comfort with iterative delivery, trunk-based development, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing.
Experience with RBAC/authorisation, audit/logging, and handling PII.
Collaborative mindset; able to work with Product, UX and Compliance SMEs.

Nice-to-haves

AML/KYC or regulated-industry portals; case/workflow systems.
Experience integrating with Reapit/MM/Land Registry and KYC providers (Credas/CallVal).
Observability (metrics/tracing), performance tuning, accessibility.

Delivery Lead

Enterprise stakeholder management, cross-stream planning, risk/issue management, reporting cadence.

UX/UI Designer: design system alignment, accessible forms/tables, prototypes/usability testing.
