La Fosse is partnering with a Tech for Good Start-up, building a revolutionary product for special educational needs identification and support. They are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their tight-knit team as they scale. This role offers a path to CTO and will be a key technical stakeholder for the business.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 7 years of commercial development experience
Expertise in modern web development, specifically with TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Vercel, and GraphQL
Bonus points for experience with Superbase
Self-starter mindset with a track record of architecting and building scalable solutions from scratch

This role is remote-first, with a monthly team meetup in London.
