Job Specifications

Openings:

3 positions: 5+ years of experience
1 position: 8+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant backend services.
Work across the full software development lifecycle (HLD, LLD, coding, testing, deployment, support).
Build distributed, cloud-native systems ensuring performance and resiliency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
Develop services leveraging Java EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, Kafka, and caching technologies.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and monitoring tools.
Implement and optimize data storage solutions using SQL/NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, Elastic, etc.).

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Proficiency in Java and backend development.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

Retail or e-commerce domain experience.
