Job Title: Sr. Security Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead security strategy and architecture across hybrid, cloud, and enterprise environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with program leadership--driving Zero Trust, cloud security, automation, and incident response while advising executives and guiding cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement security architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid systems.
Lead initiatives in Zero Trust, SASE, and cloud-native security.
Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and gap analysis.
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Automate security workflows using Python, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
Enhance detection and response with SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, XSOAR).
Act as a strategic advisor for cloud migration, M&A, and modernization programs.
Requirements:
7+ years in cybersecurity engineering/architecture.
3+ years leading strategic security programs.
Strong in cloud security, automation, and container/Kubernetes security.
Experience with AWS GuardDuty, Azure Defender, GCP SCC.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, GIAC Cloud, AWS/Azure Security Specialty.
Strong communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
