Position: IT Access Administration Analyst II
Compensation: $45 - $47/hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Access Administration Analyst II to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Provision and de-provision user access in Active Directory
Manage Exchange distribution lists, mailboxes, and calendars
Enforce and monitor AD password policies
Identify security improvements in applications and file systems
Generate reports to support audit and compliance processes
Review and monitor logging systems
Assist with documentation of policies and standards
Troubleshoot and resolve access issues
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a dedicated information security role
Involvement with network equipment and Windows operating systems
Expertise with Active Directory user management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years' experience in IT security preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint security
Familiarity with Sailpoint identity governance solutions
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
Active member of security associations like ISSA, ISACA, ISC2
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications like CISSP, Security+, CAMS, CIAM, CIGE
