Job Scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing security programs, ensuring the implementation of best practices, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve security objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Must Have Skills:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on security and ability to manage security programs.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS, Zero Trust)

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Atlassian, Smartsheet, and Salesforce3.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
