Job Specifications

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support and guide our agile squads delivering cloud-native infrastructure and platform solutions. You will work closely with Cloud Platform Engineers (junior to senior levels), Cloud Architects, and product stakeholders to ensure agile principles are upheld and delivery is efficient, collaborative, and value-driven.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams through servant leadership, continuous improvement, and agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach team members on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
Track and communicate squad performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown) to stakeholders.
Promote agile maturity across squads and contribute to the broader agile community of practice.
Support cross-squad coordination and dependency management, especially in multi-team cloud delivery environments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps principles.
Experience working with cloud engineering or infrastructure teams is highly desirable.
Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Certifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
SAFe Scrum Master or other scaled agile certifications
Agile Coaching or Product Owner certifications are a plus
