We're seeking a dynamic Regional Director to join our team in Western Canada. As a Regional Director, you'll play an important role in driving regional sales performance, mentoring branch teams, and aligning strategic initiatives with organizational goals to ensure exceptional client service and revenue growth.

This is a hybrid role and can be based near any of our Western Region offices: Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily and long-term operations of multiple branches within the assigned geographic region.
Develop and execute sales strategies, objectives, and promotional programs in collaboration with the Leadership team.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to branch teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including C-level clients, and coach teams on client engagement and market penetration.
Conduct regular audits of CRM activity and client data to ensure accuracy and adherence to sales methodologies.
Analyze market trends and verticals to recommend sales and marketing tools that will assist the team in the development of client relationships.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to develop proposals, case studies, and white papers.
Monitor and report on sales metrics, staff performance, and P&L results to the CEO.
Partner as a main sales contact and resource for execution and delivery of our Solutions.
Leverage cross-selling strategies to introduce integrated technologies to clients.
Lead regional budgeting, target setting, and the delivery of P&L results in alignment with corporate objectives.
Inform the CEO and Leadership team of key sales activities, provide timely feedback to sales and operations teams, and ensure best-in-class service execution.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of progressive career development experience.
Regional sales management responsibilities with direct reporting responsibilities.
Management experience in a medium-sized company.
Extensive B2B sales experience.
Proven success in strategic and budgetary planning.
Strong analytical skills (market, financial, and operational performance).
Results-orientated with proven success record of achieving revenue and profit objectives.
Knowledge of and commitment to total quality management.
Proven negotiation skills at senior management level.
Skilled at delivering boardroom presentations and solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience hiring and building effective teams.
