We are looking for a D365 F&O Tech Lead to take ownership of guiding technical teams, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting solution design and coordination across projects.

You will work closely with the current Technical Architect, overseeing development teams, providing direction, and bridging between technical operations and architectural strategy. Over time, this position offers the opportunity to progress into a Technical Architect role.

What You'll Do

Lead and guide technical teams, providing oversight and direction across both live systems and new implementations.
Act as the go-to person for technical delivery, ensuring best practices, consistency, and alignment with architectural goals.
Collaborate with internal leads and external partners to coordinate technical activities and ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee and contribute across a broad technical scope, including:
D365 development and integrations
Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, analytics and reporting
Azure infrastructure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
ALM functions and ISV management
Security responsibilities
Technical side of e-commerce
Support project coordination activities where needed, without being in a pure PM role.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, including direct experience leading or overseeing technical teams.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, features, and integration capabilities, plus Power Platform.
Clear ability to mentor and guide others, fostering collaboration and ensuring delivery quality.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
Ambition to continue growing into a Technical Architect role.
English fluency required

Experience with:

Azure integration services (Logic Apps, etc.) & Analytics solutions (Power BI, Fabric, etc.) are a plus

Work Environment

You will be part of the IT team for a global manufacturing and distribution company, delivering services across the globe.

While you'll be based in Belgium and connected to the Liege region office, most collaboration will be remote. Building strong relationships across borders and leading effectively in a distributed environment will be key.

Hybrid setup: remote-first, with onsite presence in the Liege region typically 1 day every couple of weeks (up to 1-3 days depending on workload).

Compensation & Benefits

Permanent: up to EUR100k + benefits depending on experience
