Join us as a Corporate Sales Executive in our Paris office and seize the chance to drive our growth!

As a key member of our B2B Sales team, you'll specialize in SMB-MidMarket level businesses, where you'll spearhead the sales and negotiation of our Corporate SaaS solutions for French customers. Your role is pivotal, blending proactive business development with nurturing robust client partnerships to accelerate our expansion forward in France.

We're not only offering a great earning opportunity with a competitive commission structure with our package starting from 50K OTE per annum, but we`ll also offer you a clear development plan with opportunity for role promotion after 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To

Proactively identify and target SMB - Mid Market level businesses in France, and create profitable new business opportunities
Generate new corporate opportunities through cold calling, research, networking, and campaigns.
Actively sell, negotiate and quote B2B solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via phone
Establish relationships with customers with the objective of driving sales and increasing brand awareness for our business solution
Manage daily call activity through planning of an effective sales targeting approach, meeting all KPIs based on defined expectations
Successfully balance and organize your pipeline activities appropriately between prospecting, presenting, negotiation and closing of opportunities.
Deliver a professional and targeted sales presentation to multiple decision makers.
Commercial responsibility for the deal with the customer, delivering qualitative sales
Keep the CRM system updated to ensure data quality

Your background

Have relevant previous sales experience in a B2B Inside sales environment or SaaS solutions sales.
Have a proven successful track record of sourcing new business.
Have the determination to strive and exceed goals and targets
You're a team player and self-motivated feeling comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
You're curious & growth oriented.
You are an enthusiastic, innovative thinker who never settles for 'good enough', whilst always trying to improve yourself.
You are an efficient communicator with good active listening skills and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency in French and English is required (will be tested during the recruiting process)

This role is based in our Flowbird office in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
