JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a FP&A Manager or FP&A Analyst for a cybersecurity company in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A background and experience supporting engineering and process sales. This role involves financial planning and analysis, maintaining forecasts, and ensuring hiring and expenses are on track. The position is executive facing to some degree and is required that this person is onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. We can pay 60-72/hour.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in Finance or eCommerce; a Master's degree is a significant plus.

-At least 7+ years of experience in FP&A roles.

-Proven experience in financial forecasting, headcount planning, month-end close, accruals, flux analysis, and business partnership.

-Proficiency in NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, and Excel.

-Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Previous experience supporting engineering, product & process sales: knows how to work with hosting costs

COMPENSATION

$60-72/hour
