AlgoSec is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to join its Project Managers EMEA team.

Reporting to: Manager, Project Management, EMEA

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Professional Services (PS) Projects, owning for all project tasks throughout all project life cycle from pre-sale to full production stage.
Accountable addressing all customers' needs throughout the engagement lifecycle, start with assisting in pre-sale throughout deployment and transition to

BAU stage.

Accelerating solution adoption, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction & long term value.
Demonstrate a strong passion for engaging AlgoSec's EMEA customers, helping them maximize business value by achieving full operational readiness.
Effectively serve as the primary point of contact between EMEA customers, internal teams including, product management, R&D, Account Managers, regional Sales

Engineers, Support Team and technical engineers.

Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, including handling relevant commercial aspects.
Champion customer needs and advocate for them across internal AlgoSec departments to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Establish & Maintain trusted/strategic advisor relationship with the customers and drive continued value of Algosec Solutions and services.
Support Account Managers during the pre-sale phase including the development of Statements of Work (SoWs).

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in project management with proven experience of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Experience in working with outbound/external customers.
Experience in large technology environments / enterprises IT.
Experience in commercial view and budget control.
Dynamic and Proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Operates well under-pressure. Experienced with Crisis-management.
Result oriented. "Can-Do" personality.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, Adaptive to changes.
Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles. Fast learner and works well independently.
Performs well in a matrix management environment.
Thrives well in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
Ability to see the big picture, though detail oriented and analytical.
Self-motivated with high level of integrity.
Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) in EMEA.

Advantage

Security background, especially in firewall administration and configuration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French / Spanish / German.
