We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Hybrid: 4 days in office.

Possibility of extension: Yes

Typical Day in Role

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis and ROI projections.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and transparency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
Apply Agile principles to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, promoting continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Must Have Skills:

10 years of progressive experience in project management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
5+ experience in business case development and budget ownership.
Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with significant business impact.
5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale environments.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
Understanding of data governance, metadata, and quality frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) and data modernization projects.

Soft Skills Required:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Advanced financial and analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.

Education:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred.
