About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving digital change? We're seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of IT transformation projects at our Larne site. This is a high-impact role within a global organisation undergoing rapid growth and innovation.

As Programme Manager, you'll be at the helm of multiple IT initiatives, including:

Salesforce implementation to streamline customer engagement and data management
Software upgrades across core operational platforms
Digital transformation projects to enhance efficiency and scalability
Stakeholder alignment across local teams and global corporate IT functions

You'll work closely with a team of 10, including project managers, IT specialists, and business analysts, while reporting into senior leadership. This role demands a confident communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings:

3+ years' experience in programme or project management, ideally within IT or digital transformation
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and timelines
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across departments and geographies
Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online, Planner, and Office Suite
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions
Experience in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy, pharma) is a plus
