Job Title: IT Deployment Analyst (3 openings)

Duration: 6 months | 40 hours per week | On-site

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Environment: Fully on-site at a Configuration Center

Position Overview

We are seeking multiple IT Deployment Analysts to support ramp-up project work at a newly established configuration center. This role will focus on device preparation, imaging, deployment support, and inventory processing.

Responsibilities

Perform PC imaging and application installation
Configure and prepare IT equipment for deployment, including applying images and settings
Process, track, and inventory decommissioned equipment
Prepare devices for shipping after configuration
Provide basic service desk-level support
Assist with router and switch familiarity during setup
Physically move and stage equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
Enter and maintain accurate data using MS Office and Excel

Qualifications

Experience with PC imaging and software installation
Familiarity with routers, switches, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, hardware basics)
Previous service desk or IT support experience
Strong knowledge of standard business applications (MS Office, Excel) with comfort in data entry
Ability to work in a hands-on, physical IT environment with equipment handling requirements
