Must have:

Bachelors degree

3-8 years of experience in a Financial Analyst position

Power BI, specifically creating dashboards

Excel - Look ups, pivot tables, formulas

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our National Operations Team. This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our reporting processes that directly support field and local teams.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with various business partners to gather data from multiple datasets.

-Identify new reporting opportunities and develop reports based on business requirements.

-Design insightful reports and databases to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

-Provide training to end users on how to effectively utilize reporting tools.

-Document the process flow of reporting procedures for clarity and consistency.

-Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, identifying correlations, and translating insights into actionable operational and financial controls.

-Manage special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

-Support ad-hoc reporting requests as necessary.

-Work closely with the business to enhance data collection methods and ensure data quality.
