Software Engineer - Onsite - Guildford up to PS90k

Join a leading provider of advanced modelling and optimisation software for the global energy sector. My client is seeking multiple Software Developers to join the team out of their Guildford office to help develop tools that support real-time decision-making in oil and gas field management, they are also looking at expanding and working within sectors such as renewable energy, mining, banking and finance.

What You'll Do

Develop and test software using real-time data and physical models
Work across UI design, database development, and cloud-based deployment, and testing of the software tool kit in line with the product development plan
Collaborate in a hybrid team environment with strong support for growth

Tech Stack

.NET ecosystem: WinForms, WPF, Blazor
Cloud & DevOps: Microservices, Docker, REST APIs, CI/CD, Terraform
Bonus: Machine Learning, and AI

What You'll Bring

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Maths
Strong coding skills and attention to detail
Proven programming experience and a passion for building robust, scalable software
Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced setting
