Job Description

We are looking for a business consultant that connects the dots, connects people and connects the business with technology. We are stepping into an area of business transformation where we will implement new technologies, but will rethink the commercial tribe operates all together.

What will you do?

Role

As a Business Consultant in our Commercial Tribe, you will play a key role in guiding our sales and marketing teams through strategic initiatives and business transformations. You will:

Help develop and refine visions and concepts for commercial programs. Understanding very well the way we work today, but also implementing a vision for the future.
Analyze and design innovative solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders from all corners of the organization both in sales, marketing, as well as operations, development and finance.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring business value is maximized.
Define acceptance criteria, monitor transformation, and lead change management.
Co-design and continuously improve lead-to-order processes, offering expert advice.

What do you bring?

Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.

5-7 years of relevant experience in a commercial or technical environment.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ideally affinity with sales and marketing.

Knowledge of business processes, IT and/or network environments.

Experience with business cases, process modeling, and stakeholder management.

Fluent in Dutch and English.
