Java/Python (Data Analytics & Front Office Applications)
Are you an experienced Java/Python engineer with a Front Office mindset? We are hiring for a growing Data Analytics team focused on building business applications, dashboards, and analytics tools that directly impact trading and risk management.
You will work closely with traders and business desks, translating complex data into actionable insights and intuitive tools. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape the Data Analytics capability from the ground up, building frameworks that are reusable across asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop applications and dashboards for Risk, MIS and P&L explainers
Collaborate with trading desks to understand business requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Work with both Java and Python
Contribute to building a robust, cross-asset analytics platform.
Participate in modern, containerised, cloud-native development practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in Java and Python development.
Strong understanding of Front Office operations and the ability to communicate with traders.
Experience building dashboards, analytics tools, or business applications.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, greenfield environment.
Knowledge of React, KDB, or low-latency systems is a plus.
