Job Specifications

As a Senior Product Manager at Didomi, you will be part of a feature squad and collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Designers, the Product Marketing Manager, and Engineers to maximize the value delivered to our users. In this role, your technical expertise will be critical, as our squad relies heavily on support from a Product Manager with strong technical understanding. You will work on improving existing features and delivering new functionalities that drive Didomi's growth.

Responsibilities:

Proactively improve existing features and maximize product value by understanding both technical and business aspects
Prioritize, alongside the Product Manager, features that align with the Product Roadmap and strategic goals
Participate in product research and discovery initiatives alongside Product Managers, including conducting client interviews and collaborating with customer teams to gather valuable field feedback
Design and specify new features with a focus on technical feasibility, user needs, and business requirements, working closely with Product Designers and Developers
Collaborate with developers to define and refine technical solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment on requirements
Keep the development backlog up to date and properly prioritized
Lead and manage Agile rituals (Grooming, Sprint Planning, Stand-up, Retrospectives) to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement
Oversee functional reviews and quality assurance before deployment to ensure high standards are met
Provide transparency on delivery timelines and give stakeholders visibility on progress
Create and maintain public support documentation
Document internal research thoroughly to ensure clear understanding across teams
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including developers, Product Marketing, Product, Support, and Executive teams

Required Experience:

Previous professional experience as a software developer or software engineer is required, providing you with the technical depth to collaborate closely with engineering teams. In particular:
Experience with REST APIs, analyzing/editing JSON, supporting internal applications and client integrations
Skilled in end-to-end testing, issue validation, and bug tracking in partnership with engineering teams
Proven experience in a similar role within a Tech company, with a focus on technical products
Excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized in managing priorities and workflows
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices
Ability to write clear and precise user stories that developers can easily interpret and implement
User-centric mindset with a passion for well-designed, functional products
Experience in the privacy and/or online advertising industry, especially with consent management platforms, is a plus
Fluency in English is required; French is a plus
