Facilitate meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to senior leadership, effectively communicating project updates, timelines, and strategic objectives.
Collaborate with product owners, scrum teams, and tribe leads to build and maintain agile development roadmaps.
Proactively ensure that business requirements align with release plans and sprint objectives, coordinating priorities and dependencies across multiple squads.
Advocate for agile best practices within cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement and efficiency in delivery cycles.
Champion innovative workshopping methods, such as virtual war rooms, Miro/Mural boards, and other collaborative tools to brainstorm and gather requirements effectively.

Document "to-be" business processes and requirements, adhering to client-devised templates and methodologies.
Recommend potential improvements to documentation, requirements gathering, or agile processes that enhance stakeholder experience and streamline workflow.
(Optional) Utilize business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) to structure workflows and ensure clarity of requirements for technical teams.
Act as a brand ambassador for the GRC application within the organization, advocating for its value and alignment with business objectives.
Understand and incorporate compliance and risk management best practices into business requirements, ensuring solutions mitigate risks and adhere to relevant standards.
Where relevant, draw on prior experience in GRC projects to enhance solution quality and business buy-in.
Build strong relationships with offshore tribes, product owners, and technical teams to foster alignment and mutual understanding of requirements.
Display strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and drive necessary changes or improvements in business practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration across multiple teams and functions.
