The Opportunity
We're looking for an Engineering Lead to play a pivotal role in our cloud transformation journey. This hybrid role blends technical leadership, agile delivery, and people management--you'll lead an autonomous engineering team building modern full-stack applications using the latest UI frameworks, .NET Core, and cloud-native technologies.
You'll guide architecture and delivery, foster team growth, and stay hands-on where it matters--ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach a cross-functional engineering team, fostering growth and collaboration
Drive delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and OKRs
Provide technical direction on architecture, design, and system health
Define quality and security standards, embedding testing and governance into delivery
Partner with product, design, DevOps, and leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality releases
Shape CI/CD, observability, and cloud strategies to support scalable, resilient solutions
What We're Looking For
6+ years in software engineering with leadership/mentorship experience
Strong technical background in .NET Core, C#, cloud-native architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or Blazor)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform/ARM/AWS CDK), and observability tools (Datadog, AppInsights, CloudWatch)
Proven success delivering software in Agile environments at scale
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in regulated domains (finance, healthcare, govtech)
Advanced Azure/AWS certifications
Exposure to platform engineering, AI tools, or reusable component frameworks
