About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AWS Program Manager to lead cloud initiatives, manage programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AWS-based solutions. The role requires strong program management skills, cloud knowledge, and the ability to drive projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee AWS programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to AWS best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
Coordinate resources, budgets, and schedules across multiple projects.
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud environments.
Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
Experience managing multiple programs or large-scale projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Cloud Practitioner) preferred.
