Job title: Salesforce FSC Lead Developer
Role Summary: Own the end-to-end development and deployment of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions, transforming business requirements into robust, high‑quality customizations using Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and integration APIs.
Expectations:
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable technical solutions within defined schedules.
- Act as a self‑starter: identify gaps, lead investigations, and drive projects from scope to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and other Salesforce engineers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, code, test, and maintain Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
2. Manage data migration projects, including custom data loading, transforms, and validation.
3. Lead Classic‑to‑Lightning migrations ensuring UI/UX alignment and feature parity.
4. Integrate external systems via REST, SOAP, and Streaming APIs, handling authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
5. Configure and maintain process automation tools: Workflow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Flow.
6. Perform code reviews, enforce Salesforce best practices, and maintain version control.
7. Document technical specifications, integration designs, and deployment procedures.
8. Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning Development (Aura, LWC)
- Apex programming, Triggers, Batch Apex, @Future, @InvocableMethod
- Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- REST, SOAP, and Streaming API integration
- Data Loader, ETL best practices
- Classic‑to‑Lightning migration experience
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC) domain knowledge
- Process automation (Workflow, Process Builder, Flow)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Consultant) considered an asset.
