We at Salt are excited to present an opportunity for a Social Campaign Manager, Music to join the Marketing team of a leading global technology company in Culver City, California.

In this role, you will bring music initiatives and campaigns to life on social platforms, working closely with internal and external partners to meet business objectives. We are looking for a deeply passionate about music and culture, with proven experience in campaign planning, content creation, publishing, and community engagement.

What you'll do:

Integrate social thinking and innovation into Music campaigns and daily programming.
Lead social briefings and activate go-to-market plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Collaborate with artists, creators, and external partners to deliver impactful social moments.
Share insights, ideas, and social trends with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Support live event coverage, real-time social storytelling, and tentpole campaigns.
Manage agency relationships and oversee campaign execution.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of hands-on social/digital marketing experience in the music and culture space.
3+ years of experience managing agencies and vendors.
Direct experience collaborating with artists, creators, and high-profile partners.
Strong skills in data-driven decision making, storytelling, and presentation.
A creative problem-solver who stays ahead of trends and platform shifts.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to pitch and gain buy-in across teams.
Flexibility to travel and support real-time social coverage, including nights and weekends as needed.
