Position: Associate - Wealth Management Operations
Department: Chief Administration Office & Data Analytics
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Reports to: Chief Administration Officer (CAO)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful associate to support the Chief Administration Officer (CAO) in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level coordination. This role demands strong communication, discretion, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CAO.
Prepare executive briefings, meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
Serve as a liaison between the CAO and internal/external stakeholders.
Track key action items, deliverables, and project timelines.
Operational & Data Analytics Support
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and performance metrics.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
Assist with data-driven strategy development and materials preparation.
Project & Process Management
Monitor project plans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
Conduct research and develop insights to support business decisions.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Communication & Documentation
Draft executive communications, summaries, and documentation.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Coordinate with other executive assistants and teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required).
Experience:
5+ years total professional experience.
Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives, ideally in corporate or financial services.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Stensul).
Familiarity with SQL or data querying languages is a plus.

*** Pay Rate- $49-$51/hour
