Robert Half has partnered up with a fast-growing tech start-up solving a huge problem in the pension industry. Their platform helps give users a clear view of their retirement savings.

The role:

As an Operations Associate, you'll sit at the heart of the pension-finding process. You'll be a key part of a small but high-impact team ensuring customers get the support and results they need, quickly, clearly, and accurately.

What you'll be doing:

Own the end-to-end pension finding journey for customers
Keep users informed and supported throughout the process
Research and investigate pension schemes via providers and employers
Make outbound calls and gather key information
Keep accurate records and spot ways to improve how we work

You're likely a great fit if you:

Are super organised, detail-focused, and thrive on structure
Communicate clearly and confidently
Can manage your own workload and adapt quickly
Are happy to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, growing company
Have a customer-first mindset and want to make a real impact

Bonus if you have:

Experience in customer service, admin, or ops
Worked with CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot (not essential)
Financial services/pensions knowledge (not essential)
Experience managing a heavy workload
